Seaplane Rides and Tours - Lake County, Florida

Below is a selection of our tours for your next seaplane adventure! All tours are conducted from the Tavares Seaplane located at 150 E. Ruby St in Tavares, Florida and fall within a 25 nautical mile radius of the departure point. All itineraries are suggested and all can be altered if you want to fly to any specific location as long as it falls within the 25 mile Radius of the Departure Point. Custom rides are available from your dock or beach. Family reunions, birthday parties are all great events to share seaplane rides directly from your private location. 1. Tour Tavares
   A trip around the West end of Lake Dora. See downtown Tavares and the Seaplane Base.
   Duration: 10-12 minutes
   1 passenger: $59 each

2. Tour Lake Dora
   A trip around the entire lake including a Splash and Dash. View the towns of Mount Dora and Tavares.
   Duration: 14-17 minutes

3. Lake Eustis & Tavares West
   Includes the Tour Tavares and a trip to the North around Lake Eustis. Fly low along the shore line and look for gators!

4. Lake Harris and Long Island
   A beautiful flight to the south down to Mission Inn and idyllic Long Island.

5. Lake Griffin and the Ocklawaha
   See Lake Eustis and fly to the wilderness of Lake Griffin and the Ocklawaha River. Splash-and-Dash on the river while looking for alligators. Then head back to Tavares at low level over Lake Harris.

6. Gator Tour
   Our most popular tour! This tour take us to Lake Apopka and to Clermont. Look for the massive gators as we fly at low level along the western shore of the second largest lake in of Florida’s. See the Citrus Tower and the lakes of Clermont.

7. Orlando Attractions
   Heading south across Lake Apopka, to the Butler chain of lakes then on to Universal studios, Epcot, and Disney World. See all the Orlando attractions.

8. St. Johns River & De Leon Springs
   The ultimate eco tour!  This is a spectacular tour allowing the time to really experience the beauty and solitude of the St. John’s River. One of America's only North bound rivers. Land on this pristine waterway and see what Ponce De Leon did 500 years ago.
